Attracting prosperity and wealth can make life easier. As you move through your Kundalini Yoga journey, you may find that it is smart to learn meditations that will empower you.
Fortunately, there are two simple meditations that can help you draw wealth and luck toward you. Learning to utilize this technology is the first step in your journey.
Before you start either—or both—of these meditations, you should find a comfortable space. You will want to be alone during these intensely powerful meditation practices.
Choose an area of your home in which you will not be disturbed. You may also choose to light some incense sticks to help intensify the results of these yogic meditations.
Benefits of These Meditations
- Attract wealth and prosperity
- Stimulates the mind
- Interacts with the moon center
- Sparks inner positivity
First Meditation for Prosperity
Position:
Start by sitting in Easy Pose, or any position that feels comfortable to you. Apply a light jalandhara bandha when you are meditating. Bring your elbows down by your sides. Your forearms need to be parallel to the floor.
Ensure that your palms are facing up with your wrists sturdy and straight. Your hands should be pointing forward throughout the meditation. Bring your thumbs and index fingers together on each hand.
Eyes:
Make sure your eyes are closed and focus your attention on the top of your head. Your eyes should be turned up to the Brow Point.
If that eye position doesn’t work for you, you may choose to open your eyes and look down at the tip of your nose. Consider which one suits you.
Chant:
Throughout this meditation for prosperity, you will need to chant ‘Har Hare Hari Wahe Guru’. As you are uttering the words, be sure to keep a stable rhythm.
Expert tip: The pronunciation of this Kundalini Yoga mantra is ‘Har Ha-ray Ha-ree Whaa-hay Gu-roo’.
Time:
Continue with this meditation for between 11 and 31 minutes.
Second Meditation for Prosperity
Position:
Start by sitting in Easy Pose, or find a similar seated position. Adopt the jalandhara bandha once again.
Eyes:
Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose, while keeping them 1/10th open.
Arms:
For this meditation, your elbows should be down by your sides while your forearms need to angle up and out. Your fingers need to be at the same level as your throat.
Hand position:
On each hand, bring your pinky finger to touch the bottom of the palms when your hands are facing up.
When your hands are facing down, your hands should be touching with your index fingers lightly against one another. Cross your thumbs—right under left—under your hands.
Chant:
Begin chanting ‘Har, Har’ in a continuous stream. The sound should come from your navel and be translated through the tip of your tongue.
Time:
Continue with this meditation for between three and 11 minutes.
Conclusion
Now that you’ve learned these simple meditations to attract prosperity, what are you waiting for? You can add these to your daily routine or include them in your practice.
