How to do this Meditation
Ready to expand your radiance? If you’re willing to take this step in your Kundalini Yoga journey, you should start to engage in this meditation regularly.
To get started, find a space in which you can relax completely. Once you have done that, ensure that you are in the right mindset to begin. Next, follow these simple steps:
Position:
Before you begin, make sure you are in a comfortable meditation position of your choosing. Your spine should be as straight as possible.
Hand position:
Raise your hands and adopt the Prayer Pose. Your thumbs should be crossed with your right thumb over your left. Bring your hands to the Heart Center.
Ensure that your fingers are pointing forward away from the body. Your elbows and upper arms are pressed firmly against the ribs.
Eye focus:
While you are engaging in this meditation, your eyes should be 1/10th open. You should be able to see out of your eyes as you keep them in this squint position.
Chant:
When you begin to meditate, you should use the Sat Nam mantra. Breathe in as deeply as possible first, and then breathe out as the mantra is chanted. The Sat sound should be long, while the Nam needs to be short.
Timing:
You can engage in this meditation for either three and 11 minutes. If you’re looking for a short and sweet meditation practice, this one may be the one for you.
Finish:
When you are ready to bring the meditation session to a close, breathe in deeply and then suspend your breath for 30 seconds.
Breathe out completely. Repeat this process twice more before you relax entirely.
Conclusion
The Long Sat Nam Meditation is a powerful and short practice. Armed with this technology, you will find that you can strengthen your radiance and become your true inner self.
Now that you’ve learned this practice, take the time to add it to your everyday routine or use it whenever you need a quick boost.
