How to do This Mudra

Sit or stand in a position that is comfortable for you. You can choose Easy Pose or any position that suits you.
Bring your thumb and little (Mercury) finger together. Allow the nail of your finger to press into the pad of your thumb. Keep the other three fingers pointed upward in a straight line. Do not bend or flex them at all.
This movement is known as locking the Mercury finger. Press the thumb and finger together for around one minute.
