How to do This Kriya
Ready to get started with this kriya to stimulate your chakras? The good news is that people of all skill levels can use this technology. Ensure that you’re in a space that suits you before you get started. When you’re ready, follow our steps here:
Start by sitting in Easy Pose, or whatever position feels comfortable to you. Ensure that your back is straight. Place the fingers of your left hand on your forehead (or your Third Eye) and bring your right arm out in front of you.
Make sure that your right arm is straight. The palm of your hand should be facing left. Next, close your eyes and stay in the same position. Breathe in and out deeply. While you’re doing so start to meditate in silence. You will feel your energy recharge.
Continue this meditation session for an 18-minute period.
When you are ready to bring the session to an end, doing so is straightforward. Breathe in and hold your breath for 5-10 seconds before breathing out. Repeat this another time.
