How to do this Kriya

Step One:
Posture
Start this kriya in Easy Pose, or whatever seated position you find comfortable. Take a few deep breaths and relax into the position.
Mudra
Interlace the fingers of both hands and turn the palms to face outwards away from the body, with the arms straight out in front of you in a reverse elbow lock. Stay steady and relaxed in this position, do not allow your arms to waver.
Eye Focus
Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose, mostly closed
Breath
Try to breathe as slowly as is comfortable, down to around one breath a minute if possible, inhaling for 20 seconds, holding for 20 seconds, and exhaling for 20 seconds. Continue this for around three minutes.
Step Two:
Remain in this position, maintaining the focus on the end of the nose. Begin to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth with force for three minutes.
Step Three:
Stay in the same position, inhale and hold the breath. With the breath held, pump the navel, bringing it in towards the spine and away again as quickly as possible. Exhale slowly when you feel the need, and immediately repeat. Continue as powerfully as you can for three minutes.
Part Four:
Circulate the Energy
Mudra: Bring the arms down and bend the elbows so the hands are up. Extend your Jupiter finger straight up and lock down the other three fingers with your thumb.
Movement: Circle your forearms in outward circles as fast as possible. This movement has to be so vigorous that the entire spine moves.
This exercise is to fully circulate the energy you have created.
To Finish:
Inhale deeply and hold the breath for 15 seconds while pushing your hands away from the body, feeling pressure in the intertwined fingers. Exhale powerfully, and repeat twice more.
Bring the elbows into the waist, holding the index fingers upwards towards the sky, with the other three fingers locked in by the thumb. Circle the forearms quickly and powerfully. This movement must be vigorously maintained for two and a half minutes. Then inhale and relax.
The Takeaway
When this kriya to unlock the inner self is practiced regularly you will start to feel a greater understanding of yourself and experience greater vitality with a stronger sense of self.
