How to do this Kriya
Exercise 1 – Arm Pumps
Start by sitting on the heels with both hands interlocked in Venus Lock with arms extended straight in front of the body. Inhale deeply and hold.
With the breath held, pump the arms into the vertical position above the head 3 times, then return to the original position and exhale before repeating. Keep this movement going for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then pump the arms 10 times on each inhalation, still returning to centre to exhale. Continue for 1 to 2 minutes.
