How to do this Meditation
Ready to get started with this meditation? If so, you should find a quiet place where you can practice in peace. Make sure that the area is as comfortable as possible.
Position:
Start this meditation practice in Easy Pose, or whichever position is comfortable to you. That means that your legs should be crossed and you should be comfortable.
If you would prefer it, you can sit in a chair with your back straight. The most important thing here is to make sure that you are comfortable and prepared to meditate.
Hand position:
Next up, you need to adopt the following mudra. Interlock your fingers but keep them relaxed. You should bring your arms up above your head with your palms facing downward.
Bend your arms at the elbows and bring your hands down so that they are roughly six inches from the crown of your head. Rest in this position while you embark on the meditation.
Breathing:
To get started, you will need to breathe in deeply and then suddenly suspend the breath. Then, you should breathe out completely and suspend the breath once more.
You will continue cycling in this pattern while you meditate. Make sure that each of your breaths are long and deep for the best effects.
Tip:
You should make sure that you sit tall while you are meditating.
While it may be tempting to drop your hands below your head, you will want to avoid doing this at all costs. The position helps you cover the magnetic field as the electromagnetism starts to increase.

You need to continue with the above process for 11 minutes at first. However, as you become better versed in this process, you can gradually increase that to 31 minutes.
