How to do this Meditation
Before you get started, find a quiet space in which to meditate. You will want to lay down a yoga mat so that you are supported. When you are ready, follow these steps:
Step 1: Get seated
First things first, sit in a comfortable position on the floor. You can use a chair, if you would prefer to do so. In either case, make sure that your feet are planted directly on the ground.
Step 2: Arm position
Next, move the arms so that they are by your sides. You should keep your hands flat and ensure that the palms are facing forward. Your elbows need to be relaxed. Make sure that your fingertips are at roughly shoulder height. You may bring them higher, if you choose.
Step 3: Hand position
When you have placed your arms in the right position, the next step is to move your hands. Your hands need to be in line with your forearms with the palms flat. Move your chest upward and ensure that your forearms and palms are parallel.
Step 4: Head position
Your chin needs to be tucked in slightly so that it is facing the ground. Ensure that your eyes are around one-tenth open and focus your attention on the tip of your nose. You want to ensure both sides of your nose are in equal view during the course of the meditation.
Step 5: Chanting
When you have assumed the correct position, the next step is to begin chanting. Use the “Har” mantra. You should make sure that the “r” sound is soft — much like how you might pronounce the letter “d”. Bring your tongue up to the roof of your mouth as you chant it.
Step 6: Pull the navel point
Finally, you need to pull the navel point inward as you chant the mantra. Make sure that you keep the same rhythm throughout. You should get slightly quicker as you chant the “Har” mantra — speed up your pace. Pull in the navel point to regulate your breathing.
Time: Continue with this meditation practice for between three and 11 minutes.
Step 7: Ending
When you have completed your meditation, you need to bring the activity to a close. To do so, you should breathe in deeply and hold your breath. Imagine that there is a spring green or emerald green light surrounding your hands. Next, relax your body completely.
The Takeaway
The meditation process is easy to use. Whenever you feel that you need more prosperity in your everyday life, you can rely on this powerful technology to help you along the way.
