Finding true love is anything but easy. As you travel through the journey of life, chances are, you may get your heart broken. It happens to the best of us. What’s important is the steps you take next. The question is simple: How can you heal a broken heart?
Changing your relationships takes commitment and work. Taking the time to repeat the following meditation to heal a broken heart is the first step. You should engage in this meditation 11 times a day for a period of 11 days to take a true step forward.

How to do this Meditation
Ready to heal your wounds of love? The following meditation can be used by anyone, which means that you can give it a go at any point in your journey. First things first, find a quiet place in which you can relax and then follow these steps.
Pose:
Start in Easy Pose, or any position that you find comfortable. Keep your neck and spine straight and then apply a gentle neck lock.
Mantra:
For this meditation, you will need to repeat the first four stanzas of Shabad Hazaray, which was written by Guru Arjan Dev to Guru Ram Das. The sound that interweaves through this is as follows: “Aad sach, jugaad sach, Haibhay sach, naanak hosee bhai sach.”
The verse translates as “True in the beginning, True throughout the ages, True in the moment, Nanak says the truth shall ever be.”
