Start by sitting in any position that feels comfortable to you. For example, you may want to adopt Easy Pose for this meditation mantra.
During this meditation practice, you will alternate between two powerful mantras. First of all, start by chanting the following ‘Mantra for Peace’:
“Let there be Peace
Let there be Peace of Mind
Let there be Peace with Mankind
