How to Warm up for This Meditation
Before you get started with this meditation to encourage wealth, you will first need to warm up. Ensure that you are in a comfortable position that suits you. Find the right space in which to meditate and then you can begin with the following.
Posture
Start by sitting in Easy Pose or any position that feels comfortable to you.
Mudra (hand gesture)
Relax each of your hands at your side. Your palms should be facing upward. Ensure that your wrists are loose and that the position feels natural to you.
Movement
When you are comfortable in that position, it’s time to begin moving. Bend one elbow and bring your palm up toward the middle of your chest. Next, swap sides, and bring the other elbow up toward your chest. Alternate between the two, moving as rapidly as you can. Ensure that your palm never touches your chest.
Time
Continue with this warm-up for between 3 and 11 minutes, depending on your current level and what feels right to you.
How to do This Meditation
Once you have completed your warm-up, you may continue to the full meditation practice. This session will last between 11 and 31 minutes. Make sure that you take things at your own pace and do what feels right to you. To get started, follow these steps:
Posture
Once again, you should start by sitting in Easy Pose or the position that feels the most comfortable for you.
Mudra (hand gesture)
Bring your hands together and lightly touch the tips of your fingers. Leave the thumb tips separate and ensure that they point toward your Heart Center. Your hands should be relaxed during this meditation to encourage intuitive opportunity.
Focus
While you are practicing this Kundalini Yoga meditation, you should make sure that your eyes are cast downward. Your gaze should be at a 60-degree angle through your palms.
Mantra (chant)
When you are in the correct position, chant the phrase ‘Hareeang’ 16 times in each breath.
Time
The mantra cycle will take around 13 to 15 seconds. You should continue this cycle for between 11 and 31 minutes, depending on your level and desire.
