How to do this Kriya
Ready to get started? Before you engage in the miracle bend kriya, find a quiet place where you can practice. Take a few deep breaths to relax and then follow these instructions:
Part One
Posture:
Start by standing with the knees and heels placed together. You should make sure that your feet are flat on the ground and your big toes are pointing out to the sides.
Arm position:
Curve backward:
Next, it’s time to curve. You will need to keep your legs straight as you bend backward from the base of the spine. You should be at a 20-degree angle. Make sure that you are creating an unbroken curve with your arms. Your head, spine, and arms should all be a part of this curve.
Hold:
