Two Easy Plant-Based Ice Cream Recipes to Try for Yourself
When the weather outside is warm and the breeze is light, there’s only one thing on your mind. Yes, we’re talking about the show-stopper that is ice cream!
This dessert is always a hit with people young and old. Whether you’re a whiz in the kitchen or a complete beginner, you can make it for yourself. Within our guide, we will take a look at two easy plant-based ice cream recipes you simply have to try.
Why Follow a Plant-Based Diet?
As you start your Kundalini Yoga journey, you may decide to also adopt a yogic diet. Maintaining a plant-based diet helps you to keep a clear mind and body, both of which are essential to your practice. It’s a win-win situation.
When you consume animal-based products, you absorb the energy of other beings into your body and soul. In effect, you naturally take on the animal’s pain and suffering, which in turn, can cause you to feel unbalanced and ill at ease.
Eating a plant-based diet, which is heavy in fruit, nuts, and vegetables is the alternative. Aside from its spiritual benefits, this choice also boasts physical perks. For instance, this approach to eating may lower your risk of heart disease, according to scientific research.
Contrary to what you may have heard, it’s not all about eating salads and vegetables (although you should do that too!). Plant-based eating is a varied approach to your everyday diet. What’s more, when you’re in the mood for a treat, there are many options.
