Signs Your Fourth Chakra is Out of Balance

Alternatively, you can also find your heart to be too open, and you become overwhelmed by sympathy for others. In these situations we are vulnerable to people who want to take advantage of us, as we lose perspective of our own personal needs and prioritise the needs of others.
